Naturally Derived Parasitic Nematode Control
Neo-Tec S.O. is a naturally derived nematicide for the control of parasitic nematodes on fine turfgrasses and ornamental crops.
Originally based on patented development work as a naturally derived control for parasitic nematodes, Neo-Tec S.O. and its granular partner Neo-Tec G.S.O. are derived from extracts of specific cultivars of hybrid sesame plants. The mode of action of Neo-Tec S.O. includes allelochemics (nematoxic or nemastatic effects), anoxic rhizospheres, disruption of nematode taxis to roots, and disruption of male taxis to females. These results account for the use of sesame for many centuries in crop rotation for it’s residual nematicidal benefits to crops following sesame. Now those same benefits are available to the turf and ornamental segment with safe and effective applications of Neo-Tec S.O.

ECLIPSE
Greens Grade Black Layer Control Granules
Parkway’s new Eclipse addresses the serious condition known as Black Layer on fine turfgrasses. Black layer is a condition that develops on golf course greens due to a number of environmental and cultural factors. Black layer typically forms when slow to drain soils remain wet for extended periods. These wet soils eventually become anaerobic (without oxygen). After a period of time in these conditions, anaerobic microbes thrive, and feed on the organic matter in the soil creating a black layer in the soil, inside of which nothing will grow and moisture cannot move.
Eclipse is formulated to attack Black Layer from 4 different angles:
Calcium: To displace sodium, re-flocculating the soil.
Activated Carbon: To tie up Hydrogen Sulfide which causes the poisonous dead “black” zone.
Beneficial Soil Microbes: Creating micro-aggregates in the soil profile resulting in improved soil structure, improved percolation, nutrient cycling and disease suppression.
Soil Wetting Agent: To improve water movement throughout the soil profile, and will help to reduce the anaerobic conditions, and improve root growth.

The proven leader in pesticidal strength and reliability, Saf-T-Side is a unique concentrate of pre-emulsified highly refined, high paraffinic, low aromatic oil, ideal for safe and effective pest and disease control on a broad range of ornamentals. Saf-T-Side spray oil emulsion is EPA registered, and meets and even exceeds most world wide standards for Agricultural Spray Oils.
Stability
Even after dilution, Saf-T-Side won't separate for many
hours in a spray tank. Many conventional oil products begin to break
apart into their separate oil and water phases immediately after mixing.
Saf-T-Side does not. The stable emulsion of Saf-T-Side lasts longer than
all other oil products ensuring that the spray application is consistent
from the beginning of an application to the end.
Range of Applications
Saf-T-Side used alone, or in combination with other
products is a highly effective control for a broad range of pests.
Saf-T-Side's mode of action is primarily through the suffocation
of eggs, larvae, nymphs and adults of soft bodied insects. Saf-T-Side controls
a wide range of mite and insect pests in the egg stage such as: spider
and eriophyid mites, armored and soft scales, mealy bugs, psyllids, whiteflies,
aphids, leafrollers, leaftiers, webworms, cankerworms, plant bugs,
leafhoppers, and adelgids.
