Manni-Plex Based Foliar Calcium Supplement

Manni-Plex Ca is specifically designed to provide Calcium to turf more efficiently than other forms of Calcium. Manni-Plex Ca’s Calcium is complexed with a mix of natural sugar compounds collectively known as Manni-Plex, a sugar alcohol that encapsulates the Calcium ion enabling it to move into the plant via the phloem, where sugars move easily toward the cell wall.

Once the Manni-Plex complex reaches its destination, the sugar bond breaks down and the Calcium flows to where it is needed. Unlike Calcium Chloride, Calcium Nitrate and even Calcium Glucoheptonate, Manni-Plex Ca will not produce injuries to the turf, such as phytotoxic burning or spotting enabling it to be used during the growing season.

General Recommendations
For use in a balanced fertility program for all turfgrasses requiring calcium.

Fine Turf Application
Use 2-6 ounces of Manni-Plex Ca per 1000 square feet per application throughout growing season. (At least 2 applications are recommended especially if clippings are removed.). More frequent applications may be needed to correct deficiencies once they occur.

Ornamentals
Use 2 to 4 pints of Manni-Plex Ca per 100 gallons. Cover foliage thoroughly to point of runoff.

Soil Application
Can be made preplant at 1-2 gallons per acre.

Use a minimum of 1 gallon of water per 1000 square feet to insure good coverage. Manni-Plex Ca is non-corrosive. Optimum rate of application will vary from one location to another, depending on soil pH and organic matter content. For best results, follow soil test or plant analysis recommendations.
